On nominations regarding heroic acts, be sure to include the full names of the individual(s) being nominated, the names and ages of the victims, the location where the event took place, and a complete description of the incident. Remember that the nominating committee and or panel may not be as familiar with your nominee(s) so including thorough documentation will assist the committee and or panel in selecting award recipients.
